现代奥运会对主办城市经济发展的影响及其规律研究

Research on Effect of Modern Olympic Games on Development of Holding City in Economy and Its Rule

阐述现代奥运会的财政资助模式,即政府资助、私人资助、结合型资助。分析奥运会对主办城市的直接、间接及总体经济影响。认为:注入主办城市的投资通过投入产出链及乘数效应使城市经济总量增加;现代奥运会给主办城市带来长期经济影响(约为12年),推动主办城市的建筑、房地产、旅游、宾馆、会展业等发展;现代奥运会是促进城市现代化和城市营销的重要平台,使基础设施建设提速,改善城市生态环境。

It set forth the three kinds of models of aiding financially, i.e. government subsidization, private subsidization and combined-type subsidization, and analyzed the direct, indirect and overall economic effects of the Olympic Games on the holding city. It believes that it is necessary to empty the investment of the holding city into the Olympic Games and make the city economy increment in total with the aid of the chain of investment and production and multiplier effects; the modem Olympic Games can bring about a long-term （about 12 years） economic effect on the holding city, and push forward the development of the holding city in such industries as construction, realty, tourism, hotel, exhibition etc. ; the modem Olympic Games is an important platform to promote the modernization and marketing of the holding city, and can speed up the construction of basic facilities and improve the ecological environment of the city.
