摘要
采用文献资料、访谈、座谈等研究方法,对上海市第11届全运会、2008年奥运会的竞技体育后备力量进行探讨。发现:在未来5年3大重要赛事上,上海市的竞技贮备存在着运动员、教练员相对缺乏,夺金人才配备、重点项目配备和重点项目后备力量相对缺乏等问题;认为:上述问题既与体制等全国共性因素有关,亦与人口等上海个性因素有关。建议:建立有效的运动员、教练员等的激励机制和外地人才引进制度,扩大教练员编制,同时降低社会力量办竞技体育的运营成本,深化上海市竞赛制度改革。
The sociological research methods of interview, informal discussion etc. were used to inquire into Shanghai reserve forces for both the 11^th National Games and the Olympic Games in 2008. It finds that in the next five years, Shanghai competitive sports reserve forces are not able to meet the requirements for the three most important competitive events due to the following reasons: the relative lack of the qualified athletes and coaches, the assignment of potential gold medalists, advanced events and reserve forces for advanced events, which are related not only to the common factors of our country, such as system etc., but also to the individual factors of Shanghai, for example, the population and so forth. So it suggests setting up an effective mechanism of encouraging athletes and coaches and a system of introducing talents from other places of our country, increasing the number of professional coaches, meanwhile decreasing the running costs of sport-related clubs and deepening the reform of Shanghai competitive system.
