摘要
采用文献资料法和实验法,对高校体育教育专业学生太极拳目标化教学方式进行研究。结果显示:1学期教学实验后,实验班学生套路成绩和专项身体素质明显优于对照班。认为:技术教学采取目标化教学方式,有助于提高学生对太极拳的认识和学习的主动性,培养和维持学生练习太极拳的兴趣,加深对动作要领的理解和掌握。提出:高校太极拳教学应增加讲解的比例,提高教师综合素质。
The methods of literature and experiment were used to study the objectified teaching mode of Taijiquan of the students in universities and colleges' P.E. major. The results show that after one-school-term teaching experiment, the routine score and specific physical condition of the students in the experimental class are both much better than those of the students in the control class. It believes that teaching technique with an objectified teaching mode helps to enhance students' understanding of Taijiquan and their learning initiative, cultivate and maintain their interest in practicing Taijiquan and deepen their understanding and grasp of movement essentials, and puts forward that Taijiquan teaching in institutions of higher learning should increase the rate of explanation and improve the synthetic quality of teachers.
