The optimization of large capacity polyester enterprise in China

介绍了聚友公司对国内大容量聚酯企业出路的认识和实践。聚友公司采用塔式平推流技术建设超大容量酯化反应器;采用几项重要的节能和回收能量技术降低成本;采用熔体直纺节能,降耗;采用缩聚侧线在线添加技术使现有大容量聚酯装置的生产柔性化;通过增加缩聚侧线解决现有大容量聚酯装置品种单一性。指出“大容量、低成本、直接纺、柔性化、多品种”方向发展是国内大容量聚酯企业的出路。

The recognization and practice of juyou Company on the optimization of large capacity polyester enterprise in Chima was introduced. Tower type parallel impellent flow technique was used to build overlarge capacity esterification reactor. Several important energy saving and recovery techniques were used to reduce the production cost. Melt direct spinning was used to save energy and reduce the consumption cost. Polycondensation side line on-line adding technique was used to make the production of the existing large capacity polyester plant flexible. By adding polycondensation side line, the single variety of the existing large capacity polyester plant was solved. It was pointed out that＂ large capacity, low cost, direct spinning, flexible and multi-variety＂ development was the optimization of the large capacity polyester enterorise in China.
