摘要
目的了解杭州市场上常见包装食品营养标签标识现状和消费者对营养标签的认知度。方法通过现场调查方法,对杭州市某大型超市7大类262种包装食品的营养标签标识状况进行记录;同时随机抽取280名消费者进行营养标签认知度的问卷调查;结果输入计算机,用EXCEL软件进行分析。结果食品营养标签的标识率为57.6%,不同类食品间标识率存在较大差别;标识一种营养素的食品居多,占26.0%;标识营养素的名称和单位不统一;15.0%的消费者将食品营养信息作为选择食品的首要考虑因素,88.9%的消费者认为国家需要对食品包装上的营养信息进行统一规定。结论目前国内食品的营养标签标识尚不规范,国家应加快营养标签的立法工作;消费者对食品营养标签的认知度不高,政府和媒体需加强对消费者的宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the status of nutritional labeling of common food and consumers' knowledge of nutritional labeling in Hangzhou. Method The status of nutritional labeling of 262 kinds of food packages from 7 categories in a large supermarket was investigated, and 280 consumers were randomly selected interviewed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed in EXCEL. Results The overall labeling rate of food nutrition was 57.6%, and a lot of food only marked one kind of nutrition, of which percentage was 26.0%. There was a comparatively great difference on nutritional labeling rate among different kinds of food, and names and units of nutriments labeled were not uniform, 15.0% consumers regarded food nutritional information as the most important factor while purchasing food, and 88.9% consumers argued that the government should take measures to uniform nutritional information printed on food packages. Conclusions The current food labeling in the supermarket is not normative, and the government should take steps in the legislation of food nutritional labeling. The knowledge of consumers to food nutritional labeling is poor, and the government and media should enhance relative propaganda and education to consumers.
