摘要 目的:测定加拿大紫杉中紫杉醇的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Agilent ZOBAX C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(65:35),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:227nm。结果:紫杉醇线性范围为0.068~0.34μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率为98.90%,RSD=3.17%。结论:本法操作简便、准确,可作为加拿大紫杉的质量控制方法之一。 Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of taxol in Canadian yew. Method: ZOBAX C18 Column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (65:35) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 227nm. Results: The linear relationship of peak area and injection amount of Taxol was in the range 0.068~0.34μg, r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 98.90% and RSD was 3.17%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and could be used for quality control of Canadian yew.
