摘要
目的:以柴胡疏肝散为载体研究疏肝理气法对心理应激大鼠行为学的影响。方法:刺激经6-羟多巴胺处理的大鼠攻击受试大鼠作为心理应激源,采用高架十字迷宫、开放场地试验检测受试大鼠行为学的改变。结果:强烈的心理应激可导致大鼠行为发生显著改变;柴胡疏肝散能减轻心理应激对大鼠情绪和行为的影响。结论:以柴胡疏肝散为代表的疏肝理气法能调适大鼠抗心理应激能力。
Objective： Using Chaihushugansan as a media, to study the effect of method of soothing the liver and regulating qi（MSLRQ）on the praxiological change of the psychological stress rats. Methods： To stimulate the 6-OHDA-treated rats to attack the experimental rats as social psychological stressor. And the praxiological change of the experimental rats was evaluated by open-field test （OFT） and elevated-plus maze（EPM）. Results： Strong psychological stress could cause significant praxiologieal change in rats. Chaihushugansan could reduce the effect of psychological stress on the emotion and behavior of rats. Conclusion： Chaihushugansan can adjust the ability of rats to against the psychological stress.
