鼻部解剖变异与鼻源性头痛的相关性研究

Study of relationship between nasal anatomic abnormality and rhinogenous headache

目的研究鼻部解剖异常与鼻源性头痛的发病关系。方法对215例术前经CT检查和手术证实为鼻源性头痛患者的临床资料进行分析。结果215例鼻部解剖变异的发生率为:鼻丘气房92.1%,Haller气房19.0%,中鼻甲气化40.0%,反常曲线中鼻甲6.5%,钩突异常(增生、偏曲、气化)10.7%,鼻中隔偏曲52.1%,鼻中隔偏曲合并中鼻甲异常17.2%,鼻中隔偏曲合并中鼻甲异常及钩突、筛泡异常11.6%,上颌窦发育不良4.2%。手术矫正变异结构,鼻源性头痛的治愈率达87.1%。结论鼻部解剖变异与鼻源性头痛的发病密切相关。

Objective To study the relationship between nasal anatomic abnormality and rhinogenous headache. Methods The clinical data from 215 patients with rhinogenous headaches which were diagnosed finally by CT scan and operation. Results The incidence rates of nasal anatomic abnormality in 215 patients with rhinogenous headache were agger nasi calls 92. 1%, Haller cells 19.0 %, Concha bullosa 40.0 %, paradoxical middle turbinate 6.5 %, uncinate process abnormality （hyperplasia, deviation, gasification） 10.7%, nasal septurn deviation 52.1%, combination of nssal septurn deviation with middle turbinate abnormality 17.2%, combination of nasal septum deviation with middle turbinate abnormality and uncinate process abnormality and ethrnoid bulla abnormality 11.6 %, maxillary sinus dysplasia 4.2 %, respectively. Conclusion There is a close relationship between nasal anatomic abnormality and rhinogenous headaches.
