摘要
文章通过对信托型和公司型企业年金计划治理的比较,指出了我国应借鉴国外企业年金计划的先进经验,建立有效的内部与外部治理结构。
Through annuity plan governance comparison between trust Business Model and Enterprise Business Model, the article points out that our country＇s pension scheme should learn from the advanced experience of foreign enterprises to establish effective internal and external governance structures.
