摘要
烧结过程的透气性状态是烧结过程一个非常重要的状态参数,它决定了烧结过程顺利进行的程度,影响着烧结块的产量、质量。但对于这一重要的状态参数有时由于经济或技术上的原因,很难通过传感器对这些过程变量进行在线测量。提出一种软测量技术,它利用易测过程变量,依据这些易测过程变量与难以直接测量的待测过程变量之间的数学关系(软测量模型),通过各种数学计算和估计方法,从而实现对待测过程变量的测量。仿真试验证明,这种技术是行之有效的。
Permeability state is a very important parameter in sintering process. Although the permeability state decides sintering process, influences sintering product output and quality at the same time, but it is difficult to be measured online by sensor. In this paper we introduce a kind of soft sensor technology, which is according to mathematics relations between easy - measured process variables and uneasy - measured process variables to measure object variables by some kinds of mathematics calculation and estimate method. Simulation tests show that the technology is effective.
