摘要
通过对湖北建筑产业高层次人才进行深入调研,分析了建筑产业高层次人才的相关问题与原因,并提出了建筑产业高层次人才管理的几点对策,以满足经济、社会发展对建筑产业高层次人才的巨大需求。
Through a further investigation to the advanced talent in the architecture industry of Hubei province, this paper presents some problems in this field, and then suggests relative countermeasure, so as to can satisfy the economic and social demand of advanced talent in architecture industry.
