介绍了控制性详细规划的作用,探讨了控规编制的广度和深度以及控规编制及审批的公众参与,以充分发挥控规对城市土地利用的管制作用,促进城市建设的发展。
The functions of detailed and control planning are introduced. The requirements for the preparation of detailed and control planning and related control measures and public participation are also discussed in order to exert the management and control functions of this planning in urban land utilization and promote the development of urban.
