摘要
基于模糊数学理论,对定性指标量化,利用判断矩阵分析法确定评价因素的权重,运用多目标模糊决策模型对某工程的加固方案进行评价,通过对三个方案的对比研究,确定最优方案,以取得最佳的综合效益。
It determines weight of evaluating factor applying for judgement matrix analysis method, which is based on fuzzy mathematical theory and quantized index, and evaluates reinforcing plan applying for multiple objective fuzzy decision model, through comparing three plan, it determine optimized plan to obtain best benefit.
