总结冷却塔选型、冷却水泵选型中常出现的问题，并提出具体解决方法。强调保证冷却水水质的重要性，并对冷却水处理设计中常用的两种方法进行了分析比较。
Summarizes the problems that appear frequently in the cooling tower type selecting and the cooling water pump type selecting, and propose the concrete solution methods. The emphasis guarantees the importance of water quality, and two general methods are analyzed relatively in design for the handling of cooling water.
