介绍了高速公路紧急电话系统的重要性及其发展过程，从使用者角度和高速公路经营者角度分析了现有紧急电话系统的不足，最后提出了解决对策以及紧急电话系统的发展趋势。

The fundamentality and the development of roadside emergency telephone system have been introduced in the first place. Then this paper discuses the deficiency of the system from the angle of the user and the operator of the expressway. According to discussion results the countermeasure and the trend of this system are given.
