Water resources industry is the key investment domain in China's infrastructure.Its strong investment characteristics of large quantity and long period hold the suitable proportion in structure of the state investment.So the financing mechanism of water resources industry is one of the government's difficult problems.This paper discovers that the investment seriously restricts the development of water resources in Taihu Lake basin by analyzing its financing structure.Suitabl financing strategies for water resources construction in Taihu Lake basin are discussed.
