摘要
以嗜酸乳杆菌为试验菌种,黄芪药液为培养基对其进行培养,通过检测不同培养时间的药液中皂甙类化合物的含量和酸度初步研究了嗜酸乳杆菌对黄芪皂甙的作用情况,为进一步研究其代谢机理奠定了基础。
In this paper, lactobcillus acidophilus is cultured through the decoction of astraglas. To study process of saponins in astraglas through lactobcillus acidophilus by determining the content and pH in the different culture, this establishes foundation of studying the mechanism.
