流浆箱控制是制浆造纸系统控制的重要任务,通过实际研究与分析得出了目前气垫式流浆箱控制的最佳方案,即利用简单的PID控制以进浆量调节流浆箱内的总压,以进气量调节流浆箱的浆位,达到了较为理想的控制效果,避免了采用复杂控制算法时的解耦控制,便于实际工程应用。

Head box control is the important task of pulp and paper making system. Through studying about air-cushioned head box control basing on several projects, finding the result that system controls and adjusts total press of air-cushioned head box with the quantity of entering pulp, controls and adjusts pulp level of air-cushioned head box with the quantity of entering air by simple PID; through which can acquire perfect controlling effect; which a- voids uncoupling control by complicated control arithmetic, thus is easily used in actual project.
