强化填料SBR工艺处理高浓度制药废水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用常规SBR工艺和强化填料SBR工艺对高浓度制药废水进行了对比处理试验,在强化填料SBR工艺中采用活性炭和页岩陶粒两种填料进行对比处理试验。结果表明:强化填料SBR工艺与常规SBR工艺相比,COD去除率可提高近20%,缩短反应时间10 h。宜采用非限制曝气的进水,最佳运行工艺为一周期28 h,非限制曝气进水1 h,反应25 h,沉淀、排水和闲置2 h。对于不同填料来说,活性炭优于页岩陶粒。 High concentration pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by conventional SBR process and SBR added with bio-media process (SBRA) respectively to compare the treatment effect of the techniques In the SBRA process, activated carbon or shale gravel were added. The result showed: compared with convemional SBR process, the SBRA process can increase COD removal efficiency about 20% and reduce reaction time about 10 hr; the unlimited aeration inflow pattern was more feasible; the best operation process of the SBRA consisted of 1 h unlimited aeration inflow, 25 h reaction, 2 h deposition, drain and layiing aside. Compared with gravel, activated carbon is better.
