摘要
针对哈尔滨啤酒有限公司采用高碱度、高硬度水质作为循环冷却水补水对换热器造成的结垢问题,用静态、旋转挂片试验和动态模拟实验方法研究了循环冷却水化学处理的方法。研究结果和现场运行表明GM1001配方适于循环冷却水补水化学处理,而且浓缩倍数不超过2.5倍时可达到良好的缓蚀阻垢效果,若想增大浓缩倍数运行,需要加酸调节pH值。
Focusing on fouling problems of heat exchanger due to using high alkali and hard water as circulating cooling water in Harbin Beer Co. ,Ltd, the method of chemical water treatment was studied with static, rotating hang-up teat and dynamic simulating test in the paper. The results and actual operation facts showed that GM1001 formula is suitable to chemical treatment of circulating cooling make-up water and it has a wonderful effect of decreasing corruption and stopping fouling when its condensing multiple is less than 2.5 while adding acid to adjust pH in order to run smoothly.
