摘要
结合黑龙江省电网配电系统实际情况,针对目前带电作业管理模式进行了比较分析。在保证人身安全基础上,以系统不停电或少停电为目标,提出了在建立带电作业工区基础上,实施专业化管理,能够推动黑龙江省带电作业工作发展。
The different models of live line maintenance management were compared and analyzed for the actual condition of distribution power system in Heilongjiang power grid. Based on the setup of live line maintenance working area, the professional management was presented in order to drive live line maintenance toward further development with the purposes of continuous power supply under the condition of safety.
