摘要
在有约束的结构优化设计问题中引进均匀设计方法,并对其进行一定的改进,提出了余表的构想,同时用均匀设计的思想优化体积约束条件下受均布横向荷载作用的变厚度方板的刚度问题.结果表明,与同条件下的均厚度板相比,受均布横向荷载作用的四边简支方板最大挠度值降低了44.66%,四边固支方板最大挠度值降低了75.63%.因此均匀设计的思想可用于结构优化设计.
The uniform design method in modem experimental design was introduced and improved, and the concept of residual table was defined. As a case study, the optimal stiffness design for the square plate with varied thickness under uniformly distributed transversal loads and constrained volume condition was carried out by use of the method. The result shows that, compared with the plate with uniform thickness under the same condition, the maximum deflection of the simply supported square plate decreases by 44.66%, and the maximum deflection of the fixed square plate decreases by 75.63 %. Therefore, the uniform design method can be used for optimal design of structures.
