基于改进模糊优选模型的代建单位评选方法研究

Selection method for EPAM enterprises based on improved fuzzy optimum model

通过运用模糊数学的相关优选理论,建立了改进的模糊优选模型,给出了一种在代建制下对代建单位进行定性、定量综合评选的方法,在定性指标的量化处理上用模糊一致矩阵克服了传统方法的缺陷.模型应用表明,定性与定量评选结合良好,是合理选择代建单位一种较好的方法.

Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics, the improved fuzzy optimum model was established, and an integrated selection method, which combined quantitative index with qualitative index of the enterprises of engineering project authorized management （EPAM）, was developed. Especially, by use of the fuzzy consistent matrix for quantification of qualitative index, the method overcame the defects of the conventional methods and obtained satisfactory results on the comhination of quantitative and qualitative index selection, providing an effective method for selection of EPAM enterprises.
