摘要
分析了济钢350m3高炉高富氧对产量、理论燃烧温度、炉况顺行状况、焦比和生产效益的影响。高富氧可提高产量,但升高焦比和高炉理论燃烧温度,一定程度上影响高炉顺行,存在富氧效益最大化的适宜富氧率。高炉生产应低富氧高喷煤,根据济钢目前的情况,富氧率以2%~3%为宜。
The influences of high oxygen enrichment on the output, the raceway adiabatic flame temperature, the smooth operation of furnace condition, coke ratio and productive benefit of Jigang's 350m^3 BF are analyzed. High oxygen-enriched production can increase the output but advance the coke ratio and the raceway adiabatic flame temperature and influence the regular blast-furnace performance at a certain extent. Thus there is a appropriate oxygen enrichment ratio which ensures the productive benefit maximal, Low oxygen enrichment and high pulverized coal injection should be adopted in BF production and 2%-3% oxygen enrichment ratio is appropriate to present practice.
