摘要
通过分析化学成分、夹杂物对厚钢板塑性的影响,合理设计化学成分,加Si-Ca线控制夹杂物的形态、分布,采用连铸末端动态轻压下技术减轻连铸坯的中心偏析,优化冶炼轧制工艺,提高厚钢板的延伸率,成功研制开发了厚规格钢板。
By studying the effects of chemical contents and inclusions on ductility of the heavy plate, designing chemical composition reasonably, using the Si-Ca line to control the shape and distribution of the inclusions,using finial dynamic soft-reductian technology to lighten central segregation of the continuous casting slab and optimizing smelting and roiling process, the elongation rate is increased and the heavy plate is developed successfully.
