酸焦油聚合物配煤炼焦试验研究

摘要 为妥善解决酸焦油的综合利用与处置问题,采用真空蒸汽蒸吹回收轻油,再采用聚合反应法固化处置,得到沥青状不粘性易碎固体聚合物,进行配煤炼焦试验。试验结果表明:分别配用0.2%、0.5%、1.0%的酸焦油聚合物后,与基准样相比,焦炭的冷态强度和热态强度、灰分变化不大,而焦炭硫分随配量的增加呈现上升趋势,约上升0.01%~0.03%。 In order to obtain better disposition of acid tar, the experimental plan of blending and coking is applied. At first, callback oil by evaporation, secondly, carrying out aggregation and last, obtaining acid tar polymer and adding the polymer into blending coal. The results show that adding acid tar polymer in percent of 0.2, 0.5 or 1.0 into blending coal, the cold and hot intension, ash percent of coke changed not too much but the sulphur percent of coke changed upward and raised 0.01 to 0.03 percent.
