摘要
针对钢铁产品品种多、规格复杂的情况,为适应快节奏生产,快速应对市场变化,根据济钢实际情况,将“供应链”的管理理念融入开发的系统中,利用现有的物料编码体系、物料清单、工艺路线等数据库信息,结合ERP系统计划模块、物料需求(MRP)模块和高级供应链计划(ASCP)模块,开发出适合济钢生产运营管理和计划管理的高级计划排程系统(JAPP)。
In view of many varieties and complex specifications, in order to adapting speedy rhythm of production and reply to market change, basing Jigang＇s practices, the management principle of ＂supply chain＂ is adopted in the system development. Making use of the current material code the system, material bill and technological precess etc, combining with the planning module, material requiring module in ERP system, the advanced supply chain planning module, the advanced supply chain planning system which suits to the production, running and planning management of Jigang is developed.
