Gas changing packaging has the advantage that the products are not to be pressed, havinggood adaptability, compared with vacuum packaging. This paper introduces substances of gaschanging packaging,technical requirements as well as commonly used replacing gases and theirfunctions. Application of this technique will bring our products packaging into a new stage.
