从分析家庭结构变化与住宅适应性的相互关系入手,通过运用数据和资料,对我国大城市家庭结构变化的原因、过程和特点进行概括总结,进而阐明在当今我国大城市住宅建设中推广适应性设计的必要性。

Based upon analysis of the interdependence between the change of family composition and adaptable design of residence the reasons caused the change of family composition as well as changing process and characteristics are summarized. The necessity to carry out adaptable design of residences in large city is elaborated.
