摘要
研究了利用超声波提取大豆种子中大豆异黄酮,建立了一种快速测定大批量大豆种子中大豆异黄酮含量的方法。结果表明,提取大豆异黄酮的最佳条件为:提取剂为75%乙醇,料液比为1∶20,提取时间为40 min,提取次数为2次。
In this paper, ultrasonic wave extraction of isoflavone from soybean seed was studied, and a fast method of determining isoflavone content in soybean seed was established. The results of experiment indicated that the optimum conditions of extracting isoflavone were as following; ethanol 75%, the ratio of sample to extracting solvent 1 : 20(w/V), extracting frequency 2, extracting time 40 min.
