酸蚀 固位钉 登士柏光固化树脂修复楔状缺损

Application of Acid Etching and Restorative Pin in Restoration of Severe Wedge-shaped Defect with Dyract Compomer

摘要 目的评价酸蚀和固位钉对Dyract修复重度楔状缺损疗效的影响。方法将88例中老年人的360颗重度楔缺患牙随机分为三组,实验组在备牙、酸蚀、龈壁上打自攻钉后Dyract修复,对照Ⅰ组除不打钉外修复方法同上,对照Ⅱ组备牙后直接粘接修复。于术后1.5年、3年评价其疗效。结果修复后1.5年,实验组和对照I组的成功率分别为91.7%和88.3%(P>0.05),均显著高于对照II组(P<0.01);修复后3年,三组疗效均显著下降(P<0.01),但实验组明显优于对照I组,又都优于对照II组(P<0.01)。结论酸蚀和自攻钉的应用,可显著提高Dyract修复楔缺的疗效。 Objective To evaluate the effect of acid ectching and inserting restorative pin before restoring severe wedeg - shaped defect by Dyract compomer. Methods 360 teeth with severe wedge - shaped defects selected from 88 middle - aged and elderly people were randomly divided into 3 groups. The experimental group were etched and inserted restorative pin before restoring by Dyract, the control group Ⅰ were etched only before restoring, and the control group Ⅱ were restored without etching and inserting pin. Evaluation was made after restoration for 1.5,3 years respectively. Results The successful rate was 91.7% in the experimental group ,88.3% in the control group Ⅰ for 1.5 years. No statistical difference between them ( P 〉 0.05 ), but they were significantly higher in contrast to that of the control group Ⅱ( P 〈0.01 ). 3 years later,the successful rate of all groups dropped remarkbly( P 〈 0.01 ), but there were difference among the three groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Etch technique and restorative pin can improve adhesive force between Dyract and teeth.
