利用磁控溅射法制备了AgNbFeB纳米微晶薄膜材料,对其结构和磁谱特征进行了分析和研究,发现该纳米微晶薄膜用作高频材料是很理想的.

We have fabricated AgNbFeB nano-erystalline films with magnetic control sputtering, and the structure and magnetic permeability spectra were analyzed and studied. We find that the nano-crystalline film is a ideal high frequency material.
