摘要
随着分子生物学的迅速发展,DNA分子标记越来越受到重视.本文介绍了分子标记的发展,论述了DNA分子标记在基因组作图、基因克隆、物种亲缘关系分析及疾病诊断等方面的应用.
With the rapid development of molecular biology, DNA molecular markers receives more and more attention in the world. This paper introduces the development in DNA molecular markers and its application in genome mapping, gene cloning, analysis of relationship of species relationship, as well as disease diagnosis.
