摘要
随着中国公务员制度改革的不断深化,公务员人事争议成为亟待解决的突出问题。与其他国家的公务员相比,中国公务员在遇到人事争议时所能运用的救济途径十分有限。从《公务员暂行条例》的缺陷入手,对《公务员法》的改良措施及不足之处进行了探讨。
With the development of the Chinese Civil Service system, Chinese Civil Service' Personnel Disputes have become an important issue. Compared with those in other countries, Chinese Civil Service have to choose limited relief measures when they meet with personnel disputes. Civil Service Law of P. R. C will go into effect from the 1st of January,2006. it has developed a new style of its own in that it guides clearly the direction of settling civil service's personnel disputes. This article mainly analyses the reforming measures and shortcomings in Civil Service Law of P. R. C in comparison with the defects of Interim Regulations Concerning Civil Service in the hope that Civil Service Law of P. R. C can be put into effect smoothly and the rule of Civil Service Law can come into being eventually.
