REFLECTING ON STRENGTHENING COLLEGE STUDENTS' EDUCATION IN LEGALITY

法制教育是高等学校德育的重要组成部分,是培养大学生的法律意识、法律观念和法制素质的有效途径。加强大学生的法制教育,对于有效地预防和减少大学生违法犯罪,落实“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略具有重要的现实意义。

Education in legality is an important ingredient in the moral education of colleges and universities. It＇s also an effective approach to training students to develop right law awareness, improving their qualities of law and hightening their awareness of the legal system. Strengthening college students＇ education in legality is of practical significance to the effective prevention of college students from breaking the law and committing crimes. It contributes to implementing our general plan for managing state affairs, i. e. administering the country in accordance with the law,construcing a socialist country under the rule of law.
