摘要
分析了《反不正当竞争法》实施不力的原因。对这3个原因即传统文化的羁绊、立法技术及经济发展的障碍、执法机构设置不科学及执法不严的限制逐一进行了分析、论证。
The thesis analyzes and argues about the reasons why Code of Anti - illicit Competition fails to exercise effectively in China, namely, the fetter of the traditional culture and system in transition, the barrier to legislation and economic development , the unscientific set - up of execution organization. It aims at strengthening the practical effect of Code of Anti - illicit Competition and preventing the Anti - monopolization Law of China from following the same old disastrous road by emphasizing the problems in the application of Code of Anti- illicit Competition before it is put into effect.
