摘要 美国心理学家罗森塔尔经过实验后认为教师的期望效应将左右学生的进步,人们称这种现象为“罗森塔尔效应”或“教师的期望效应”。运用教师的期望效应来影响新课程改革中的教育观、学生观和师生关系,为教师的教学行为提供了一种理想模式,为课程改革新理念的具体实施展示了一个新的视野,为培养千百万现代化建设者提供了一份理性思考。 Rosenthal , an American psychologist, obtained this conclusion after an experiment: the teacher's expectation effect will control the student's progress. This phenomenon is called "Rosenthal Effect" or "the teacher's expectation effect", and also called "Pygmalion effect in the classroom". Making use of the teacher's expectation effect to affect the educational view, student's view and the teacher-student relationship in the new course reforming can offer an ideal mode for the teacher's teaching behavior, show a new vision for the concrete implementing of the new idea in the course of reforming and offer a rational thinking for cultivating a large number of builders for our modernization.
