加强我国公务员道德建设有利于提高党的执政能力。围绕着实现公务员道德自觉的目标,我们需要多管齐下,以自律为根本,以他律为手段,实行国家的行政导向、法制建设、经济奖惩和社会舆论监督相结合的方式,构筑我国公务员道德建设长效机制。
