摘要
采用高效液相色谱法建立了一种测定塑料制品中溴系阻燃剂的方法。该方法以甲苯为提取溶剂,采用索氏抽提法提取塑料制品中的溴系阻燃剂,以甲醇/缓冲溶液为流动相,在反相C18色谱柱上进行梯度淋洗。该方法的回收率为91.0%-101.2%;精密度实验(n=7)的RSD值均小于3.0%;S/N=5时,检测限为1-5mg/kg。
An HPLC analytical method for the determination of bromated flame retardant in plastics was described. The samples were extracted with toluene in Soxhlet's apparatus after three hours. The LC separation was achieved on a reversed-phase C18 column, using a gradient eluent. The recoveries ranged from 91.0 to 101.2%, and the RSD of precision (n=7) is all less than 3.0%. The limit of detection is 1-5 mg/kg while S/N equals to 5. The results indicate this method could meet the demand of analysis of bromated flame retardant in plastics.
