摘要
法律英语作为一种深受法律职业影响的英语语言的变体,其词汇和语法具有明显不同于普通英语的特征。随着法律英语语言的简明化,这些特征发生了许多变化。研究法律英语的简明化对于法律文件的翻译有重要的意义。
English language of law,as a variety of English,is greatly influenced by the legal profession,and,therefore,its words and sentences have features that are quite different from those in common English. With the language simplified, those features have changed. The study on the simplified English is of great importance to the translation of legal documents.
