摘要
媒体在当代社会发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是媒体的舆论监督作用已经触及到司法领域。因此怎样把媒体的舆论监督作用应用到侦查工作过程中来,为侦查活动服务,促进侦查活动的公开公正,对侦查工作有着极其重要的意义。
The media is playing a more and more important role in the contemporary cociety,especially,the function of supervision by public opinion of the media has already reached the judicial field.So as the organ of national public power,how to know the media and relation with media correctly to investigate the organ,how to apply the function of supervision by public opinion of the media to the investigation course,serving for investigation,the ones that promoted investigation are just publicly.have extrenely important meaning to investigation.
