摘要
运用经济数学的分析方法证明了试用期制度存在的必要性及运行存在的缺陷,并给出了一些建议。另外从博弈论的角度对试用期制度进行了初步分析,即在不完全信息条件下筛选人才试用期制度发挥着一定的作用,但一些技术细节问题往往被企业所忽视。
This paper triea to prove the necessity of period probation, and also it's insufficiency in running and gives out some suggestions. Besides, from the game theory point of view, presents a primary analysis of it. It is known that period probation plays a certain role in filtrating, but many companies neglect some techno-details. This paper has probed into this field.
