针对我国现阶段经济特点,探讨了我国政府的职能定位,以及在开发区建设中政府、市场、公司之间的关系,指出在开发区建设中应遵循政府启动、企业运作、市场导向的发展模式。

Taking into the cons ideration of the current economic characteristics in China, this essay discusses the evaluation of government functions as well as the relationships among government, market and company. It points out that a new development mode should be followed which is government-initiated, company-operated and market-oriented.
