Study on TPL Based on the Transaction Costs Economics

物流业务专业化还是内部化,这是每个现代企业都面临着的问题。在回顾第三方物流基本理论以后,对此做了基于新制度经济学中交易费用理论的探讨。新的经济环境从三个维度降低了抑制非一体化经营方式的交易费用,从而为第三方物流的发展提供了前提条件。

Whether the logistics operation should be outsourced or not is very important to modem enterprise. This paper examined the third party logistics （TPL） based on transaction costs theory of new institutional economics. From three dimensions, the chailges of economic environment reduced the transaction costs which restrain the division of labor, so the growth of TPL would be rapid.
