摘要
目的 修订抗衰灵口服液质量标准。方法 采用TLC法对方中的枸杞子、丹参、甘草、何首乌进行定性鉴别;用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 在TLC色谱中能检出枸杞子、丹参、甘草、何首乌;黄芪甲苷在0.234~3.744μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率=98.7%,RSD=2.25%。结论 所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Aim To revise the quality standards of kangshuailing oral solution. Method Fructus lycii, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, radix glycyrrhizae, radix polygoni muhiflori in kangshuailing oral solution were identified by TLC ,The content of astragalin A was determined by TLC-scanning. Results The fructus lycii, radix salviae miitiorrhizae, radix glycy,Thizae, radix polygoni multiflori in kangshuailing oral solution could be identified by TLC. Astragalin A showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 234 ~ 3. 744 μg, r = 0. 9994. The average recovery was 98.7%, and RSD was 2.25 %. Conclusion The methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of kangshuailing oral solution.
