摘要
目的 采用HPLC法测定六味地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量。方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1:8:4:87);检测波长为236nm。检测波长柱温40%。理论板数按马钱苷蜂面积计算不低于4000。马钱苷蜂的保留时间为17~18min进样量10μl。结果 马钱苷量在5~26mg·L^-1范围内具有良好线性关系,Y=20878.05X-224.51,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为回收率在95%~100%之间。结论 实验表明,该方法方便快捷,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Aim To determine loganin in liuwei dihuang oral liquid by HPLC. Methods Octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was used as filling material. The mobile phase is tetra hydrofuran-methyl lyanide-earbinol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (1:8: 4: 87) ;The detection wavelength is at 236 nm. The temperature of detection wavelength column is 40℃. The theoretical plates is not lower than 4000 as calculated according to loganin area, The keeping time of loganin is 17 ~ 18 minutes, The quantity of inputting samples is 10 μl, Resuits The linear range is from 5 - 26 mg · L^-1 for loganin, Y = 20878.05X - 224.51, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery of loganin for the added samples is at 95% ~ 100%. Conclusion This experiment shows that this method is convenient, quick,exact,sensitive and reproductive.
