复方氧氟沙星滴鼻剂的制备和应用

Preparation and application of compound ofloxacin nasal drops

目的探讨以氧氟沙星,盐酸麻黄碱为主药配制氧氟沙星滴鼻剂的制备方法,质量控制和临床应用效果。方法将本品用于急、慢性鼻炎和过敏性鼻炎等患者,进行临床疗效观察。结果使用本品后,改善鼻炎症状疗效显著。本品具有一定的粘度,作用时间持久,抗炎、抗过敏作用和鼻通气时间明显优于复方呋喃西林滴鼻剂。结论复方氧氟沙星滴鼻剂质量稳定,疗效确切,无不良药物反应,市场无供应,是临床治疗鼻炎,减轻鼻塞症状的良好制剂。

Aim To discuss the preparation method, quality control, and clinical effect of ofloxacin compound nasal drops which were mainly made up of Ofloxacin and ephedrine hydrochloride. Methods We used theproduct to cure acute and chronical coryza,allurgic coryza etc and observed the clinical curative effect. Results The product can rapidly improves the symptom of coryza and the curative effect was apparent. This product had adherence to a certain degree, whose function may last very long, whose effect to resist inflammation and the nose acration time were better than that of the compound furacilin nasal drops. Conclusion The product has reliable quality, obvious curative effect and there is no supply in the market. It is a good preparation to cure coryza and to ease the symptom of stuff nose.
