238例急性上呼吸道感染患儿抗菌药物使用情况分析

Antimicrobial agents application inpediatric patients with upper respiratory tract Infection: a study of 238 cases

目的 调查分析该院儿科治疗急性上呼吸道感染（uRTI）时抗菌药物使用情况。方法 抽查2005年1月～6月儿科归裆病历的急性上呼吸道感染病例，分析评估。结果 238例中使用了抗菌药物236例，使用率99.1％，合用抗菌药208例，占88．1％，不恰当使用抗菌药物25例，占10．5％。结论 该院儿科在治疗急性上呼吸道感染时存在不恰当使用抗菌药物现象，规范化使用有待加强。

Aim To investigate and analyze the antimicrobial agents for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection （URTI） in pediatric patients in our hospital. Methods History records of 238 patient were picked out from those in the paediatric ward of our hospital during Jan ～Jun 2005,and a statistical analysis was conducted. Results 238 cases were diagnosed as QRTI,236（99.1% ） received antimicrobial agents,205 （88.1% ） were combined adiministration,25 （ 10.5 % ）were impertinently used. Conclusion Some of the antimicrobial agents for the treatment of URTI were impertinently used. It is very important to strengthen standardized administration of prophylactic antimicrobial agents.
