Peculiarities of Spanish of America and Its Social Linguistic Significance

美洲西班牙语——美洲大陆近二十个国家和地区的官方语言,经过几百年的发展,已具有不同于西班牙西班牙语的某些特点,由于文化、社会与地理形态的不同,拉美各国、各地区的西班牙语也有着程度不同的差异。文章试论美洲西班牙语不同于伊比利亚半岛西班牙语的某些语言特点的形成与发展及其社会语言学意义。

The Spanish of America-the official language of almost twenty Hispanic countries of America-has some of his own characteristics which are different from the Spanish of Spain. There are differences also between Hispanic countries and regions because of their different cultural, social and geographic situations. The paper analyses some of the characteristics of the American Spanish and its social-linguistic significance.
