摘要
以形式为中心的二语教学简单地说是指在二语教学中关注诸如句法、拼写和语调等语言的形式方面,具体可分为有计划的和无计划的两种。本文首先讨论以形式为中心的二语教学这一重要的教学方法,然后对其理据性进行扼要探讨,最后对这一领域的相关实证研究进行述评并得出主要结论。
Put simply, form-focused second language instruction means paying attention to such formal aspects as syntax, spelling and intonation in language teaching. It can be either planned or unplanned. This paper begins with a discussion of this important approach to second language instruction, followed by a brief exploration into the rationale of this approach. Finally a review of some empirical studies in this field is made and major conclusions reached.
